LOL... I’ve done nothing of the sort.
The reason to introduce the Whigs is to point out that a third party need not remain one long. It can replace one.
We do not have time to start from scratch... but all that aside, everyone pushing for third party go have fun, so far the Green party has tried it, the Libertarian Party has tried it, the conservative party has tried it... fact is we are firmly a two-party country and if it wasn’t for the damned libertarian Bob Barr McCain wouldn’t have lost Indiana or North Carolina last year.
