Wells Fargo says it has fired an executive who had been under investigation for personal use of a bank-owned house in the exclusive Malibu Colony.

Good now if she will be prosecuted for fraud or theft or something it would be really outstanding The bank essentially owned the house. She violated the bank's ethics code, rather than any statute.
