New Haven police just held a news conference. Saw on Fox News. They found the young woman's body at the Hartford Incinerator.

It’s a sad story....almost makes me wonder if someone did not want her to be married today.

Police say no suspect yet, but one of her professors cancelled class right about the time she went missing on Tuesday.

Her poor family, and fiance. Prayers up.
There was also a fire alarm set off in the building where the lab she was working in on Tuesday as well. The alarm was not manually pulled but went off due to a steam build up of some kind.

I hope this is not true, but I fear it is; may God in his mercy welcome her to her heavenly home and may He help her fiance and her family to pass through this tragedy without harm to their own souls. And may the authorities who must investigate this and deal with its legal consequences be speeded on Angel’s wings as they work to bring the perpetrator to justice, and any who were parties to this heinous crime, as well.
When the killer is identified, he needs to be disappeared without a trace.

Maybe wrong on the location of the body. There’s some reports now that the body was between two walls in the lab where she was last seen.
The wife of the best man at mine & my husband’s wedding did her doctorate at Yale. Worked in the same building, if not the same lab.
This is NOT a good area. I really avoid New Haven. Go there to my job & go right home. Another Yale student, Suzanne Jovan (?sp) was murdered just abut 10 years ago. In that case, one of her professors was investigated, but no one has ever been arrested. And that murder took place off campus, about 3-4 miles from where this body was found.
