RIYADH: The family of Osama bin Laden has announced the death of one of the terror mastermind's brothers. In a full-page notice on Sunday in Al-Riyadh newspaper, the family said Thabet bin Laden passed away and the funeral is scheduled that afternoon in the holy city of Makkah. The notice said he died Saturday but did not give the cause of death or his age. Thabet bin Laden was one of 54 children born to Mohammed bin Laden, a poor Yemeni immigrant who started the family contracting business in the 1930s that grew into a multimillion dollar construction empire. The bin Laden family disavowed any links with Osama bin Laden in 1994, when Saudi Arabia stripped him of his citizenship after he called for the overthrow of the royal family.
Was this guy involved in terrorism? If not, then it certainly isn’t fair to talk $#!+ about him.

From what I understood the rest of the family has disowned Osama Bin Laden.
Yeah, sure.
Well, fairness has always been my first thought when considering how to speak about the Bin Laden family.
Circled, is Osama bin-Laden. Where's the brother?
One down, 53 more to do.
Ought to be an interesting funeral with 53 siblings (including Obama). IMHO I'd prefer if the funeral was Obama's.
Still a member of the blood cult, so it’s fair game.
I don’t care which bin Laden it was, if the poor SOB died without Jesus, that means Hell has been enlarged by one.
Obama or Osama?
while secretly funneling millions to him.
Well considering we've not heard anything untoward about this person, I'd rather not speak stupidly. :)
What is that ? A pink Lincoln Continental with a roof rack?
Is that the Koran approved ride?
Snippets: Founded by Mohammed Bin Laden, the family firm grew into one of the major companies in Saudi when it was entrusted by the royal court with the task of expanding Islamic holy sites in Mecca and Medina. It has also built several palaces in Riyadh and Jeddah for the royal family and carried out restoration work following an arson attack on Jerusalems Al Aqsa Mosque in 1969. Salem, Mohammeds eldest son, ran the financial empire left behind by his father upon his death in 1968 until he died when his private plane crashed in Texas in 1988.
Mohammed left 54 sons and daughters from several marriages. Thirteen of his sons sit on the board of the familys firm the most prominent being Baker, Hassan, Islam and Yehya. Baker, Mohammeds second son, succeeded Salem at the head of the firm, which employs tens of thousands of people across the region.
