Only in that it would be nice if Republican members of Congress were supportive of our ideals, meaning those of our Founding Fathers. No matter how much we the people move the nation, we will still need to elect representatives to Congress.
I guess we will need a whole bunch of new faces to challenge the old guard in office. Although it worries me to trust such unknowns, I guess in the long run they couldn't do much worse than both parties' representatives have done over the past several years.
I believe one poll said that a majority of the people believe that any 535 names randomly selected from the phone book would do better than what we have now. To be sure, if they love their country and they love our Constitution and believe in fidelity to them both, they should do considerably better.
