RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Virginia is seeking a Nov. 9 execution for John Allen Muhammad, mastermind of the deadly 2002 sniper attacks in the Washington, D.C., area.
A prosecutor requested the execution date in a letter sent on Wednesday to Prince William Circuit Court in Manassas.

The kid - who almost certainly pulled the trigger - needs to go too, but he was exempted from the death penalty due to his age at the time.
