He already plead under oath I’m sure, so how does that affect the information he spilled?

Once he is convicted he is offered a lesser sentence for giving up others. Usually higher ups like the big Ozero.

It probably doesn’t affect the information they have, but it keeps him from giving them any more info. He wouldn’t have spilled it all, holding some back so he would get a lighter sentence first and then giving them a little at a time, just like Rezko is doing, only Rezko was either smarter or luckier, or perhaps he didn’t spill ALL he knew only enough to keep the feds treating him easy.

He can’t be cross-examined ‘cuz he’s dead so nothing he said comes in at Blago’s trial.
