The Baltimore City Attorney once came close to getting
John Stossel on this. He only got off on a technicality that appears to be unavailable to these kids. I don't think the fact they were engaged in journalism will be enough to save them.

The kids will have to stay out of the state of Maryland for a while...its a state law not federal.
