PA is one of the best states, bar none, for gun laws.
Corruption is rampant here; but gun laws are about as good as they come.
The PA Constitution helps:
Right to Bear Arms Section 21.
The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.
Here in Michigan:
“Every person has a right to keep and bear arms for the defense of himself and the state.”
