Unbelievable: Maryland may prosecute O’Keefe for shooting ACORN video

No word on whether they’ll be prosecuting any ACORN people for conspiring to cover up sex slavery. They’ve got bigger fish to fry, I guess. Like … the people who exposed the people who conspired to cover up sex slavery.

That such a letter could even be contemplated is highly suggestive of a situation where this Rohrbaugh guy and a majority of the Houses of the Maryland legislature love their child prostitutes.

Which is believable!

The prosecutor, Baltimore City State Attorney, Particia Jessamy

No possibility whatsoever of any personal agenda involved.

Maryland Statutes, I think no way they can be charged. http://law.justia.com/maryland/codes/gcj/10-402.html

ACORN Watch: The Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office warped priorities
By Michelle Malkin • September 11, 2009 11:10 PM The Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office issued a statement tonight indicating that it may prosecute the Big Government undercover team that conducted one of its ACORN/prostitution stings in B’more.

Yes, really.

The young reporters could face up to five years in jail for violating Maryland’s wiretap laws.

Reader John Muraro notes that the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office was responsible for handling the Zachary Sowers murder case, which I blogged about last year. He was pummeled into a coma by a gang of teenage thugs and later died of his massive injuries. Three of the four remorseless attackers were allowed to plea bargain down to eight years each in jail.

John sums up the warped priorities:

So:

· undercover investigation by the conservative reporter = reporters may serve 5 years in jail

· the animalistic beating of a young man by 4 thugs, resulting in 9 months of suffering and his death = plea bargained to 8 years in jail

That’s a rather peculiar sense of justice.
Yes, yes it is.

Baltimore City State’s Attorney Patricia Jessamy can be reached at mail@stattorney.org or (410) 396-4001.

This is what democrats do. They tried to do this to Linda Tripp.
This is why anyone that votes for any democrat at any time for any position (including dog catcher) should be prosecuted for treason.

"No surprise. Maryland is run by communists."

Lest anyone forget, Maryland is where Nancy D'Alesandro Pelosi grew up and got her start in politics bribery and corruption at the knee of her father, Tommie D'Alesandro, the Mayor of Baltimore.

Made Louisiana look legit.

Here’s an interesting story: Sometimes I record those calls myself. One time after the broker informed me they were recording the call for accuracy purposes or whatever it is, blah blah blah ... , I informed him I was recording the call for accuracy purposes, blah, blah, blah, ... He didn’t like that one bit, got flustered and got his panties all in a wad, and told me he was going to terminate the call. It was pretty funny. I said fine, OK, I’ve turned the recorder off. So we proceeded with my business. True story.

However, I had NOT turned the recorder off. Screw ‘em. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. If they are going to record the conversation, if I feel like it, I will record it too (my recorder doesn’t put beeps on the line).

I record business calls if I feel like there is any chance of the party on the other end lying about the conversation later in order to rip me off. One time I did have to use the existence of that tape later on when the other party lied to me about what actually transpired in the phone conversation. There was stunned silence on the other end. Then some mumbling about it being illegal. I said “so sue me”. You’re trying to screw me, but I’m got the conversation on tape ... I won.

Email I sent to Baltimore City State’s Attorney Patricia Jessamy at mail@stattorney.org

Subject Line: How Does: “Welcome to Maryland. Haven For Child Prostitution Rings” Sound?

Text: I think it’s an accurate message. Even if Acorn declines to use it, millions of bumper stickers and posters would get the message across.

I’d imagine that the videos, how ever many there are, are in multiple hands.

Has Chris Hansen ever recorded anyone surreptitiously in the State of Maryland for his show "To Catch a Predator"?

They can go after O'Keefe when Hansen and his NBC audio engineers are in a Baltimore jail.

The only Vice President of the United States to resign because of corruption was a former Governor of Maryland (the only Marylander ever to be VP)--and he resigned because of things done as Governor of Maryland (doing the kinds of things Maryland politicians evidently normally do).

(John C. Calhoun resigned the Vice Presidency to take a seat in the Senate, with 66 days left in his term as VP).
