You and me are the sick sisters, unfortunately. I had plane tickets and all but was too sick to leave. I would not be doing well in that crowd.
Anyway, I am so thankful for all the Americans who were well enough and who cared enough to show up in DC. They are what America is about.
Judging by the way this thread is going, for every one that made it to DC, there’s a dozen sitting home after work, watching and wishing they could be there in more than spirit.
