At Bush's 2006 State of the Union speech, Democrats interrupted his speech to applaud and cheer their obstruction of Bush's proposal to reform Social Security.

Fast-forward to about 45:50 to see it. And at 46:05, take careful note of who you see in the lower left corner of the frame.

Hint: he didn't vote "present" this time.

Wilson wasn't acting like a boorish idiot. He was acting like a patriot.

And when is Obama going to apologize to Sarah Palin?

The Media already know this and ignore it! So, what is a fellow to do except state the obvious whenever they can. You obviously can’t depend upon the media for fairness - can you?

I saw this on Powerline. It is not during a presidential speech but pretty shocking non the less.

“While it hardly excuses Joe Wilson’s behavior,”

I guess the only real problem with JW’s behavior, was his failure to stick by his shouted truth, and follow thru..

Quick call to Rom @ the WH, grovel, grovel - grovel. Inexcusable for sure.

JW you were the only one with the nads to stand up, thank you. Next time, stay up, or at least don’t knock yourself down.
