Iranian pro-Democracy Protests Timeline (Music: "Dream On" by Aerosmith), Poem for the Rooftops
Video here:
Pretty impressinve, but a couple months dated now.
How is the Iranian “Revolution” going these days, anyhow?
We don’t seem to be hearing about it much any more.
Did the Ayatola decisively put them down, or did they manage to go underground and continue, against all odds, to resist?
I doubt that they are going to bring the Mullahs down with rocks, chants, and “peace” gestures.
Has any other government with interests in a regime change in Iran (hopefully for the better, and not from one dictatorship to another as is all too often the case) been covertly supporting the resistance?
I know it sounds weird, but they could probably use a little help, encouragement, training and material support from the Mossad right about now.
There has been plenty of ordnance and hit men crossing Iran’s borders into Iraq and Afghanistan to use against their locals as well as Coalition Forces, so why not start smuggling some back the other way to pay the Ogres back?
It would be a shame if Achmaweeniewhackjob and old Ayatolla managed to get their nuke together and send it off to Israel - then a lot of these good, decent, freedom loving Iranians would get vaporized right along with a few of the bad guys who don’t make it down to the bunker with the big shots.
What a pity that would be.
