State's Attorney Considers Prosecuting ACORN Video Posters (The VIDEO Makers-NOT ACORN!)

Baltimore, MD – September 11, 2009 – We have received inquiries from citizens and the media asking whether the Baltimore City State’s Attorneys Office would initiate a criminal investigation for acts allegedly committed at ACORN offices located in Baltimore. The only information received in reference to this alleged criminal behavior was a YouTube video. Upon review by this office, the video appears to be incomplete. In addition, the audio portion could possibly have been obtained in violation of Maryland Law, Annotated Code of Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article §10-402, which requires two party consent.

If it is determined that the audio portion now being heard on YouTube was illegally obtained, it is also illegal under Maryland Law to willfully use or willfully disclose the content of said audio. The penalty for the unlawful interception, disclosure or use of it is a felony punishable up to 5 years.

There are two potential legal paths here: criminal and civil. Even if no criminal charges are filed the two ladies that lost their jobs could file a civil suit.

They tell you ahead of time that it is a recorded line. If it’s and secret intercept the get a curt order first.

In a way I am not surprised. We knew this HARD BALL was coming from ACORN and their supporters in State and local government, but we can turn it back on them 10-fold if they want. I am working on even MORE damaging ACORN information, particularly confined to the state of Maryland.

They want to go down that road and go after those two young people? Fine.

The are going to wish they had never done so.

Can an interested citizen file suit against them for abusing and dissipating public funds through criminal activities?

This is frakkin amazing. This means that if you make a video that shows criminal activity the person who makes the video will be prosecuted?

The people who are advising others to commit crimes of fraud, tax evasion, prostitution, illegal immigration, and complicit in slavery are going to walk. We are truly living in an upside down world. Can we start our own country (South) and leave the liberals to their own devices in the North.

Generations of citizens have fought and died for the ideals of this country and today we are seeing the country being torn apart by the likes of ACORN. God help us!

Patricia Coats Jessamy, 57,

Dig deep Freepers. Deep. WE ARE GOING TO GET HER. POLITICALLY.

I am already in to some rather damaging angles on this person, trying to develop these further so that the charges stick. They are really fools in Maryland to do this, they are going to end up looking really stupid.

Yes, if the “Justice” system does not dispense justice, the people will do it themselves. Always did, always will.

She is stupid to have not fully scrubbed the Internet regarding references to her background, connections and funds, before taking this unadvisable route and going after those two undercover young people. Very stupid.
