Law against sedition come and go, but TREASON (and Bill Ayers, Jane Fonda and John Kerry DID commit it) in supporting the North Vietnamese military in a time war is TREASON.
Treason is defined in our Constitution as a crime and there has been no repeal or “expiration”.
California DOES still have a law on the books prohibiting Communists and those who seek to push seditious overthrow of our government from being employed in California schools. I am unaware of any Communists being charged or kicked out (although such pinkso do exist in the California educational system) BUT there are Democrat legislators who are trying to push through a bill to repeal this law. Democrats alligned with Communists and those who seek to overthrow the government. No surprise there.
