Both Rep. Joe Wilson (R-S.C.) and his Democratic challenger have raised some serious cash since the congressman shouted "You lie!" during the president's address on Wednesday night.
Wilson's outburst has netted his campaign about $200,000 in the past two days, CNN reported on Friday. The lawmaker has also embarked on a media blitz of sorts, taking to YouTube and Twitter to raise additional money while making his case against the president's health care plan....
But Wilson's spoils hardly compare to what his Democratic opponent, Rob Miller, has raised in recent days: more than $750,000. Miller has even turned Wilson's gaffe into his own online fundraising drive. On Thursday, the candidate's Web site automatically re-directed visitor's to ActBlue's fundraising page. Late that evening, Miller e-mailed supporters in an attempt to top $1 million by the week's end....

$750,000 dolars in two days is a lot of money, I am curious as top where it is coming from. Big donations by the rich, and crooked, or donations from the poor sucker 5 bucks at a time.
Contact Joe Wilson. Encourage him.

Fast-forward to about 45:50 to see it. And at 46:05, take careful note of who you see in the lower left corner of the frame.
Hint: he didn't vote "present" this time.
Ping
Congress is demanding Joe Wilson apologize to them on the floor.
What an opportunity for Joe to say what needs to be said.
1. I apologize for not speaking out sooner.
2. I apologize that the American people have been victimized by this anti-American Congress
3. I apologize that hard working Americans are now afraid for their lives and livelihood because of this President.
4. I apologize to good Americans who trusted their representatives to ... REPRESENT THEM!
5. I apologize to future generations for the debt and bondage with which this Congress has shackled them.
6. I apologize to the Constitution of the United States for the offenses Congress has perpetrated against it.
7. I apologize to the Military who fight and die defending a nation of whiners, socialists and beggars

JOE WASNT RUDE!
WHAT OTHER WAY DO YOU SPEAK TO INVADERS?
Someone has invaded the “people’s” house. They
are shackling future generations to massive debt,
raiding our treasures, and defiling our Constitution.
You don’t politely ask a burglar to leave. Your
shout “Liar! “Thief! Rape! And you chase them away
with Righteous anger.
Righteous anger IS APPROPRIATE!
Shout the truth with strength and resolve.
BE FEARLESS!
Money well flushed.
This is a victory. This is leftist money that could be going to a candidate with a real chance of winning, but instead is going to a candidate who lost by a double-digit percentage (55-45) in a big Obama democrat year.
Not only that, but he apparently has $400,000 in debts from his last campaign to pay off. So half of it is going down the rabbit hole.
Good for him. Good for you.
How many times are you going to post this?
Keep cheerleading for the dems.
See how well that works out for you in 2010.
I bet the vast majority of that three quarters of a million dollars came from people outside of the district. Wilson should use that fact against Miller in the campaign.
Something fishy here.....both of Joe’s websites are down. His congressional site has been down “due to high traffic” since yesterday and the site where we can donate, joewilsonforcongress.com is currently down. I say he’s been hacked............
Joe Wilson was the only person in the room who spoke the truth.
Every penny they spend in that ultra-safe district is one less dollar spend vs. Jean Schmidt or Michelle Bachmann.
I do believe that Wilson’s money came from the DNC, he received the first 15 grand to fast after the incident occurred. Also, Joe’s website was down for quite a while(probably due to DOS attack). Go Joe, rack up the bucks.
should have read I do believe that MILLER'S money came from the DNC, he received the first 15 grand to fast after the incident occurred
