There is no real exercise as such, it is a standard procedure where if you have the time and the boats are in the water you run a scenario to keep your guys sharp. It happens all the time and is not necessarily reported prior because they don't know until it happens that it's going to happen.

The fault here is all CNN. They were monitoring the radio and heard the sim traffic....."Bang, Bang, Bang....etc.

Somehow, and we have seen this before with CNN, they translated that into live fire. They needed something to air and they created it with their imaginations.

Now they are trying to imagine someone else to blame for what they did.
