I understand what Beck is going for here, but all ACORN has to do is issue a statement to the effect of: “this was an isolated event”, “these actions are not sanctioned by ACORN”, blah, blah, blah. End result: the media will continue to ignore.

EXCELLENT JOB! Yes! I was listening to Beck on the radio and I called my husband this afternoon and told him to record Beck for me on the TV at 5:00 p.m.
I was excited to see the video and when I heard the girl's interview on the radio she seemed great.
When I saw her speaking...it hit me that something wasn't right. I had to get up and leave the room.
I cannot put my finger on it...I was just wondering if anyone else had a negative reaction.

Cops do it all the time also, and journalist used to do it constantly. If it was so illegal why did they fire these two workers? Let us suppose it was an illegally gained tape, the fact is the workers were still advocating some of the most despicable and blatant law breaking I have ever seen.

Just saying - woman called into the show ... cops are law enforcement so maybe there’s a ‘whatever’ to their actions like them video taping a traffic stop - anyway it’ll be interesting to see if they’re charged with anything and the resulting court action ....

He said that was exactly what would happen and that Acorn would toss the two under the bus(actually he crumpled up their pictures and said that is how Acorn would treat them)as a sacrifice. He wants to go after the top bosses of ACORN.

If it was illegal ACORN would not have fired those two so quickly. They are using the same tactic Jones used, saying this was a "smear" attack when all that was done was a video showing how they operate was shown. Besides I talked to someone who told me this wasn't illegal. These people were not law enforcement, and don't work for law enforcement, no warrant was necessary.
I bet they checked the legality of it before they did it. They do have Judge Napolitano working with them.
