The Dems interupted Bush when he mentioned in his speech that congress failed to enact his wishes for SS...the hyenas suddenly got up and clapped so proud they were in not doing a damn thing, stopping him in mid-sentence.
This should be everywhere and Fox should be showing this. It’ll come out, give it time.

OK, I watched the video, and I acknowledge the point.
Democrats stood up and cheered when Bush said "Congress did not act on my proposal to save Social Security". It turned into a chorus of boos.
The low resolution video doesn't really make it possible to pick out Obama. The screen capture could be from anything. But, with a little more work, this could be interesting.

Ah, yes, i clearly remember that moment. They were thrilled to death when the president mentioned not being able to pass social security reform. hillary was shown jumping up from her seat and clapping with a huge grin on her face.
Maybe there is an HD feed recorded somewhere?
State run media ABC, CBS, NBC all would have carried the speech in HD. Fox News was not HD back then but maybe they can borrow a copy from the network side.
The DEMORATS have been despicable for years and the Republican Leadership should have called them down on it long ago, instead of groveling with the atrocious and obscene assaults made against them by the RATS!

Actually, the Democrats were cheering their own obstruction of Bush's attempt to save Social Security.
However, the video (even in full-screen) doesn't clearly show Obama participating, and I can't even see a place in the video that matches the alleged screenshot.
