It does when you are so poorly raised and so out of control you can't control yourself in public as an adult. You can THINK whatever you want, but you do not use a public, televised venue to insult the President of the United States. Where was the guy reared — in a barn? You can go out and pay for air time, use your staff to send out letters to your constituents pointing out the misrepresentations, but you sure don't stand up and call the President, I repeat, the President out in a publicly televised joint session of Congress.
Oh please. Do you honestly suppose that the American Revolution came about as people politely sipped their tea and and powdered their wigs? No doubt King George felt “insulted” too.
