If the case goes forward, I’m betting that Obama will simply ignore the court’s order to produce the birth certificate. That's not how it would work. The court would issue a suponea not to Obama, but rather to the state of Hawaii. Not only does that cut out the middle man so to speak, it maintains a valid chain of custody for the document.
