Horray for Wilson! Despite the charade being played out tonight by the Democrats, they audibly booed President Bush during his State of the Union address when he warned Social Security would be broke by 2024.
Oh the hypocrisy!

Was it even a question that the DIMS are hypocrites? It was only a matter of time (less than an hour) before physical evidence was found.

Thank you for posting this...in the back of my mind, I knew something had happened to GWB that paralleled this to some extent. I knew a smart FReeper would remember it...
Don’t bother looking for the articles about all the speedy democrat apologies to GWB, though. I’m sure they don’t exist.

Where was
their apology?
To: Lachoneus
Actually, I don't care for the outburst because Obama's foolishness looks bad enough when it just comes out, and the American people feel mosre strongly about such things if they come to it themselves.
Having said that, I laughed when I read that the Republicans were considering how if at all to punish Wilson. How about this: "We'll punish Wilson after the Dems punish Barney Frank for being such a large part of wrecking our economy"?

they audibly booed President Bush during his State of the Union address when he warned Social Security would be broke by 2024...not only did they boo - as I remember it, they all rose to their feet when Bush admitted that he hadn't been able to make any progress on strengthening SS - one of the most despicable political acts ever by 'rats, and that covers a lot of territory......

It is a charade. Just like “bipartisanship”. It exists only inside of the beltway. Washington DC is one big charade. The only thing real about it is the fact that it is bleeding our country dry.

Does anyone remember seeing Charles Rangel feigning being asleep during one of Bush’s speaches? I wish I could find it online. I remember thinking how rude THAT was.
