I do think it matters. I do value them. Cornyn, in essence, has a contract with the people of TX, and that is to act in their best interests. Cass Sunstein is not in their best interests. Remind me to never rely on you for pragmatism and political acumen.

Cornyn has an obligation to others beside himself. His congressional votes impact the lives of all Americans. He is duty bound to vote in the best interests of his constituents, and that obligation should supersede his concern for his reputation or a parliamentary procedure.
