CINCINNATI (AP) - The Cincinnati Bengals are suing 31 former players who filed workers compensation claims against the team in California.

Unlike most other states, California allows for insurance payments to workers who can show they suffered trauma that compounded over a period of time.

This is not Arnolds fault. It is the nuttiness of the California Democrats, spreading their liberal cancer everywhere they go and even where they don't go.

CA puts the burden of proof on the employer to PROVE a work comp claimant didn’t work for them. ANY yahoo can say -”I worked there 40 years ago” and get coverage. Course, an insurance company can be forced to pay a claim for a policy never issued just cause the agent issued a binder and NO MONEY to the company.
CA has MANY weird insurance rules.

Look, THEY are in control. We all experience it in our daily lives. Social connections, our livelihoods, these can all easily be irreparably damaged by saying a single wrong word.

Even an individual like this actress must hide her non-conforming thoughts. We are well in it now.

World War II, Steriod Scandals and Donald Trump could not put the NFL out of business....will California Democrats now succeed where others have failed?

Eventually GREED will triumph and the NFL will fade away.It is already sick that some young punk gets $10 to $20 million a year for playing a GAME.

Feel free to ignore it completely. Or even boycott products that fund this stuff.

That's the beauty of living in a somewhat free country.

Unfortunately based on your screen name you (and I) are helping fund their exquisite new playground via taxes.

The TAXES supporting certain private businesses at the expense of others is unconstitutional but evidently popular, and one of the things I HATE about pro sports.
