I'm looking at the WSJ's front page article on Zero's intentions, RE: Obamacare, right now, and I don't see the part where it says they've already decided to 'ram it down our throats" via the nuclear option, or any similar stratagem. Which paragraph, please? (If I missed it, then I'll be the first to own up.)
