Moscow - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez will arrive in Russia to conduct a new arms deal Wednesday, according to the news agency Interfax.

Venezuela is planning to buy three diesel-powered submarines, several armoured personnel carriers and type T-72 tanks and ten military helicopters, said the report, quoting officials from the Russian arms industry.

Caracas also wanted to invest in coastal missile defences.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev will receive Chavez on Thursday, according to the Kremlin.

The Russkis have a comical habit of selling 3rd world countries all the fighters and tanks they can afford, that are *always* slaughtered en masse when the USA comes.

The third world always think just owning the machinery is the key to victory. The Russians smile and keep the hard cash.

Which proves nothing other than the fact that USA is having a habit of being the aggressor against the weaker countries.
