This is the new agenda of the Laguna Beach community. Not only is Laguna Beach a sanctuary for illegal aliens, but they are now placing emphasis on teaching Spanish to ALL school children, with the goal of having them fluent in Spanish before they graduate.

If their goal is to ready these children to become successful in life after school and prepare them for college and business then wouldn't the language of choice to be successful in the global business world or educational environment be CHINESE?

While there are many speakers of Mandarin, the Chinese generally pride themselves on learning and using English, whereas those who give their allegance to Mexico are the ones who refuse to use English.

Another reason why California is bankrupt. Catering to illegals!

I used to live in Laguna, but haven’t been there in years.

I hear it’s gotten really bad, between the illegals and the militant homos.

That the school district is forcing students to learn Spanish doesn’t really surprise me.

I actually believe that Californians should be bi-lingual (spanish/english) but that English must be the official language of the government.

Any manager or business owner has to know what they are saying when together. Call it a prudent measure.

Why not? Spanish is going to be California’s official language soon. If it’s not already.

What's really disgusting is that Laguna is one of the most beautiful places in America.

When did we say that it was OK to turn it over to Mexico?

I say the government federalizes the land and turns it over to U.S. veterans as bounty land. We did that in the Revolution.

Overnight, the party stops.

Maybe there’s a bright side...maybe they just want them to be able to direct their illegal alien housekeepers.
