One of the larger problems for me is that DOJ attorneys have a huge conflict of interest in this case. Their oath is to the Constitution, not to the POTUS. They should be defending the Constitution first.

There ya' go! Sounds very credible to me. Their Oath says it + Any statute hidden somewhere that says Just That + other conflict of interest legalese, etc? I'm not an attorney, but it sure as hell sounds like a conflict of interest to me and the judge ought to Demand they recuse themselves and Obama get a private attorney. Plus where does it say in matters of constitutional eligibility BEFORE he was elected that we NOW have to pay his legal fees? ?
