If you don't qualify as a 14th Amendment Citizen, you can't possibly be a Natural Born Citizen.
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."
The phrase, "subject to its jurisdiction" was intended to exclude from its operation children of ministers, consuls, and citizens or subjects of foreign States born within the United States.

Not true. The 14th covers folks born here not of diplomat parents. However, others born abroad to US citizen(s) are also Natural Born. E.g., John McCain, whose estimable service to the Republic should have ended decades ago.
