My point is/was I was excoriated for an earlier post re my cynicism toward the judiciary in this Republic by someone pointing out that this judge was a Marine. I demurred. Now comes yet more info: he was appointed by Klintoon. The way I look at it, Reagan got blindsided; Bush was naive. I believe any judicial nominee of BJ Clinton who didn't live up to his level of smarmy-ness would likely end up in Ft. Marcy Park. Maybe I'm wrong; I hope I am. Trust me...my cynicism in the era of the Kenyan Pretender knows no bounds.

At the district court level, I doubt Clinton even knew/knows who he is. Besides, he was rather “preoccupied” during most of his presidency.
