Matthews hates the Irish? I must confess, I don't watch his show, but Isn't he an Irish-Catholic himself (Catholic in name only, of course)?
He may be Irish himself. I don’t watch the show myself, but I have seen partial transcripts of his dislike. (Maybe I should have said Irish-Americans. I am not really sure how he divides them. For example, he went on a rant when that Henry Gates incident happened this summer, about the cop, that he must be evil and a racist because he was Irish-American.
