End the damn “war”.You are forgetting a little thing called facts. This crap was going on before the "drug war" so there is zero reason to believe that legalizing drugs would stop this. Therefore this needs to be opposed in and of itself not simply as part of drug laws.
Look into the behavior of game wardens and when that all started.
