Long story short - this guy was a scam artiste of the first rank and he hit large pay dirt in Miami and then moving north to Palm Beach County (this after the murder for which he is being prosecuted in the U.K.) One of the more interesting things was that the mansion he rented, was more than 6 months in arrears at the time of the Hillary Clinton fund raiser. The monthly rent was in the low 5 figures, but any mere mortal who had been that far in arrears would have been evicted, or at least prevented from using the place as a facade for the fund raiser. It appears that all you have to do is present the appearance of having a lot of money here in Palm Beach, drop the right names, affect the right accent and attitude and the rules no longer apply.
