Replacing the dollar with an artificial currency would solve some of the problems

A computer chip in the right hand or forehead, so that no man, rich and poor, free or bond, would be able to buy or sell without it.
That way, all the worlds wealth can be monitored and shared equally. And just think, one man would be able to control it all, and therefore control who lives and who dies, with one click of a mouse.
