Blacks did not vote overwhelmingly for Obama because of his race. They voted overwhelmingly for Obama because they know Obama will pander to them more than McCain. When Republicans run black candidates blacks do not vote for them. They vote for the white democrat who’ll give them more “free” stuff.
That is exactly my reasoning in post 29.
Honestly, why should blacks vote Republican?
Democrats strongly support preferential hiring and racial quotas for blacks. How else would Michelle Obama get into Yale?
Republicans can’t give blacks that . .so of course they vote Democrat . . and always will.
