An administration official said special advisers to the president, or czars, are not required to fill out the questionnaire that runs 7 pages and contains 63 questions.
The entire questionnaire, the official said, is reserved for appointees who must win Senate confirmation. ---
However, Fox News correspondent James Rosen spoke with 911Truth.org spokesman Mike Berger on Friday and Berger said Jones knew what the petition said and agreed with its contents.
"He did agree with that statement and he did sign on to it," Berger said in a phone interview with Rosen. Berger said the group's "original board members individually confirmed all signatories that had signed on to the statement."

What are people’s opinion of Major Garrett in terms of his news journalist abilities? I find him to be mediocre, to be honest.
The best White House correspondent right now is Jake Tapper of ABC. Unfortuantely, ABC tries to keep Tapper on a short leash.
It wasn’t until Jake Tapper mentioned the Van Jones scandal on the ABC News website that the roof caved in on Van Jones.
Obama will ignore Fox News as a matter of principle. He can’t ignore ABC News as well.
Major Garrett vs. Jake Tapper vs. John King of CNN
who is your favorite?
I prefer Tapper and Garrett is good. Garrett seems to want to be an investigative reporter, but lacks the tenacity in order to get the message across with the passion necessary to go along with the big story.
I agree. I also don’t think that Garrett is the smartest guy in the world. His questions rarely hit the Obama hard and direct.
This is unbelievable. But we’re all getting used to being in a constant state of shock since November, eh?
Tell me this- even though the administration didn’t have them fill out the LONG FORM ;) ...anyone working in the White house or for the administration still has to undergo an FBI clearance, don’t they?
I mean we have 30 some-odd people or czars inside this adminstration without Congressional approval. Someone has to vet them, right?
They are saying he did not fill out the questionnaire (lengthy).
That may or may not be a lie.
However, what HAS emerged this morning is that he filled out what is known as a S-86 (Special Form 86) where he listed in detail many things, which then created a discrepancy and raised *red flags*. In other words, he lied on it and they caught him. But the higher ups, (I assume Jarrett, perhaps Rahm, maybe even all the way to the President himself, OKed it regardless.
Van Jones documents on file cannot be destroyed. If somebody orders it, they must know that they face several federal punishment if caught. If any of them are lurking today, I would highly advise them not to touch such documents rather in hard file or data (soft) form, and just come clean on the whole thing.
The lack of vetting of 0b0z0’s thugs/czars and others has been a hot button for me since the election.
The Clintoons started this bs and ended up with their thugs running the country.
