No indication of awareness of the efil Taliban’s penchant for hiding among civilians (their families?), even disguising themselves as women. The rules of engagement are already causing avoidable loss of life among American and allied military in Afghanistan. Further restrictions will only increase those losses. Karzai should tell civilians to avoid contact with the Taliban. Wait a minute. That won’t help because the enemy doesn’t wait for an invitation to occupy a home.
