I also think it’s a set up. Right now the speech will be harmless enough, so we all come off looking like kooks for opposing it. When the more manipulative stuff comes around, they’re hoping the parents will be inoculated and let it go.

The president is supposed to be the chief executive of the USA, not a scolding mamas-boy.
I truly wonder where he got the idea to do this thing, or who on his staff got the idea, and how did he sell it to the Big O. Really, “Hey Dear Leader, peace be upon you, I have an idea, lets get you to talk to all the students in the USA. . .why?. . . well. . .uhmm. . .so we can get them early to start being good brownshirt troopers in your service. . .that’s why.”

This is a bald faced LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His father was never there. His mother was in Seattle enrolled in school, weeks after he was born. She never returned to Hawaii until his father had left for Harvard.

My kids will be in class on Sept 8, whether they show Obama or not. They are only in Elementary school, but they are already little soldiers for Conservatism. They know what liberal dogma is and to question it openly in class and thus teach their classmates.
That Union meeting was the most bizarre thing I’ve seen him do ...yelling and screaming. Then saying “I will be talking to the kids of America tomorrow!” Much like a defiant punk than a President.

I never watch him and I do mean never. However, today, I wanted to see how he was handing his demise in the polls and elsewhere. He kept rubbing his nose constantly. Could be nerves, could be blow. His lips were much bluer than usual and he looks much thinner. At times he seemed deranged. He may be close to a meltdown.

(I’m serious here, having done the analysis many times).

Right.
Teach a better lesson. Let them stay home and then brag that they didn’t have to come nor do any assignment because of the liberal indoctrination.
They will be the envy of every kid instead of labeled troublemakers.
I was a teacher for 7 years. The kids are going to be bored to death.
I’m primarily concerned about the after-activities surrounding this speech.
I would be honored to have them labeled troublemakers under such circumstances. There are many black and hispanic kids in their class who can benefit from re-education.
It won’t be the kids labeling them.
I’m not the kind of parent that throws my elementary aged kids to the wolves.
