I know a kid who was bullied. The school told him to change his behavior that made the bully attack him. So, the victim was at fault. Of course it didn’t work, since who knows what the kid did to ‘make’ the bully attack?
One day the bully was fussing at him from behind. The kid spun around to tell him to stop and accidentally elbowed the kid in the head, knocking him off his feet. The bully stopped bothering him and even tried to be his friend.
