I figured I was on the right path.
I just don’t want to get FR in trouble from the copyright police while making(what I thought was) a fantastic point.
As long as you use the correct URL in the posting form, you are probably ok. Free Republic automatically checks the URL for restrictions (including excerpts restrictions) and Freepers are pretty vigilant about self policing and reporting violations to the Admin Moderator (the all powerful, all seeing One).
Copyright infringement is one thing that could get FR shut down, and rightly so.
