Biden went to the barber shop during the August recess and his local barber of 62 years told him that he had headlice again after 44 years.

Aghast, Biden exclaimed “It can’t be so?”

“Afraid ‘tis.”

“How do you know?”

Smiling, the barber held up a minature croquet mallet and two little balls.
