Somehow, somewhere, there is a US Court that will hear this case. I am hopeful that this is the one, but recent history is not promising.
IMO, 0bama is ineligible to hold the office he occupies, until he resolves this issue. It is a critical Constitutional issue and deserves a full and complete hearing and resolution.
