Ok, so your driving along heading somewhere to blow something up. You drive like an idiot because the last thing you want to do is be pulled over by the police. You also have on the front seat in plain view a plastic bag full of narcotics so the police now have probable cause when they do stop you so they can search the whole vehicle and find your pipe bombs.
