Well said - 'ole Muammar may be the favorite despot we love to hate, be he's no fool. He comes from a part of the world that does not suffer fools, and has been around a long time - never good to underestimate him since he's a survivor and will flex however he needs to, retreats from strength, advances when there is weakness.
