The creation of Czars unaccountable to Congress and American people is the problem.
Congress can control POTUS on this as it has the pursestrings but is complict in czar-creating.
Congress is the check and balance on a renegade POTUS like we are seeing. They are failing their sworn duty.

Nixon had 1 czar. GW Bush had 12 czars. Obama has 44 43 czars.

The are no longer the "check and balance" but are complicit in the takeover.

Obama has said that the Constitution is imperfect because it only has ‘negative rights’.

Congress is the check and balance on a renegade POTUS like we are seeing. They are failing their sworn duty. And they will be ousted en masse from Congress in the next election cycle for it. The Dimocrats are going to pay a huge politcal price for this Obamanation.

Yes - I have been bitching to people about that very thing for months. When I explain that the system of checks and balances has been compromised, people get thoughtful looks on their faces, indeed. I think that the Founders never in their wildest nightmares ever thought that all of the branches of government could turn up so depraved at the same time. We are certainly deep in the doo-doo and we are going to have to pull ourselves up by our own bootstraps to get clear.
