My copy of the Constitution must be incomplete. I am still looking for the clause that says: “The president may, without oversight, appoint as many “czars” as he may desire, who are accountable only to him, and whose duties, salary, etc. need not be made public.”
Very good post. Maybe the clause is in fine print somewhere, perhaps the same place that allows the government to issue much currency as it desires by an agency whose books need not be made public.
