I am not a millionaire but I am reading a lot on Panama.

You are not the only one. A close relative of mine is a physician. He works 80-hour weeks and pulls in a more-than-respectable salary; but with $250,000 of student loans still to pay and an ex-wife and several minor children to support, he can hardly be considered wealthy.

He too is seriously looking at Panama. He would prefer to stay in the United States. However, if the Left succeeds in raising taxes and nationalizing health care, he may go elsewhere to practice.

Then fold em. Let me buy a ticket for you (one way of course)to Syria, Saudi Arabia, or any other brutal regime...you want nice weather how about Cuba....or maybe Venezula. Suck up to the rich rats that ran.......see how far that gets you.

Please send me the ticket. I'll cash it in, and thank you for your kind contribution.

Right on brother/sister

You know, I hate to bring up movies as a ‘source’ but a few years ago, the movie ‘Blow’ came out starring Johnny Depp and he had hidden all of his ‘dirty’ drug money in a central (south?) American Bank and when he finally decided to ‘get out’ of the drug trade and go clean, he went after his ‘fortune’ only to find that ‘Senor’ I am sorry, but all the banks have been nationalized and all funds allocated by the government”. I suspect we will witness (hope?) the same for these louses. I can survive in a little shack hidey hole just fine. Never made a million but have thanked God each and every day for allowing me to live in a nation where the possibility exist(ed). Without Liberty.....everything dies.

That “corporate” country will become a pariah of the International Community, trust me.

First, show me the post in this thread where I said that I was leaving the country. I merely said that those that are willing to do so owe nothing to our present country or the communists that are presently running it.

Second, you don't threaten to bring a gang of thugs to try to "escort" me anywhere. Did you expect a welcoming response? I won't take that crap from a liberal, let alone someone that pretends to be a conservative.

That’s why we’ll never see Fair Tax reform. 144,000 jobs depend on our current tax system.

Final Remark: Anyone justifying those thinking of leaving is as bad as the ones leaving. Second of all, since you said you ‘would cash it in’ is tantamount to giving a drunk money for food, and then they run out and buy booze, so just want to make sure the ticket is used.

And buddy, you are badly mistaken implying that I ‘pretend’ to be conservative. Try reading some posts before throwing around statements regarding positions. You are the psuedo conservative.....which is apparent with your justifications for bailing on the Republic.

You've got a funny way of expressing your conservatism. One of the founding principals of this country involves freedom. And that freedom includes the freedom to leave the country. You seem to want to restrict that freedom, which is particularly troubling when we've got a government which is openly declaring war on the wealthy.

The US is not the constitutional republic it once was. It sits in the precarious position of possibly becoming the next USSR. At the forming of the original USSR, many of the people in Eastern Europe were wise enough to flee countries like Poland, Czechoslovakia, and Ukraine. Many of these eastern Europeans were my neighbors when I grew up in Ohio. They have plenty of stories of what happened when Communism took over.

They were, in many ways, the lucky ones. They got to sit and watch the fall of the Soviet Union from a safe location. Had they stayed and fought or resisted, they would likely have died long ago either as political enemies of the state or from the lack of care that ensued after communism's effects took hold.

Simple fact is, people have the choice in a free country - they can stay and fight or they can pack up and leave. I have no issues with them either way.

The word “consider” is not the same as the word “will”.

There's more than 300 million people who don't depend on the current tax system.

"...they accumulated the wealth under the CAPITALIST/FREE MARKET SYSTEM."

That's what their sponsored media have been reiterating to us for so many years, but they really accumulated bribes loans from the PLA (Chinese) and other despotic foreign regimes in return for taking manufacturing out of the USA over the past four decades. Most of them are lefties and did rig us up with left-leaning Republican candidates while helping Obama to get elected.

Most of the government employees, academics, journalists and Democrat politicians are relatives of business leaders. They comprise the bipartisan mob. Without manufacturing of real, US products, there's nothing for real international trade. Debt schemes only go a little distance before piling up to destroy our Nation tomorrow. The globalist house of cards is about to fall.

After they ruined our property rights with so many land use effort for so-called "sustainability" (land-thieving), they are now in the process of shutting down small agricultural operations and gardens in the USA.

And the environmentalists in so many US locales over the years...fake environmentalist fronts (most often middle aged or older women) for corporates to shut working class, local competition down. ...saw that in person in commissioners' meetings in various counties.

The corporate-government-academic rackets have killed the potential competition in every US County by breaking families (bipartisan social programs through man-hating propaganda and resulting social programs), putting up bureaucratic barriers against property-owner building, taking manufacturing overseas, and so on.

Encourage them all to leave, and close the door behind them. The potential for real, new production is here (yes, the more technical individuals among the scary "Neanderthals"), and that's our only hope for the future.

"There's more than 300 million people who don't depend on the current tax system."

Before the recent rises in unemployment, nearly half of employees in the USA were paid by the current tax system.

I'm very much in favor of the fair tax idea but only if something is done first to protect all private property owners from the resulting wave of extreme property tax hikes. Otherwise, the politically correct, spoiled rotten, crooked, lazy, bipartisan, anti-family, anti-American, corporate-government-academic families can take a hike right on out of this country and not bother trying to come back.
