If they are not vetted by anyone, but holding such huge responsibility and implication, shouldn’t someone —perhaps Republicans in the Senate— make a big deal out of it? Can it be seen as circumvent the Constitution?
It is a circumvention of the US Constitution, but they are DEMONRATS so the laws don’t apply to them...just ask Charlie Rangel, Timmy Geithner and so on and on and on and on...
