How many are because they can't buy out of state insurance at a reasonable price if they are somewhere like New York which has outrageous prices? How many die because individually purchased health insurance isn't tax deductible like company bought is? How many die because small companies can't band together to buy larger group policies?

And most importantly: How many more will die under Obamacare because they don't meet Dr. Zeke's criteria for living?
