Meg Whitman Blasts Van Jones
My husband and I met him and many others on a cruise sponsored by National Geographic and The Aspen Institute. He talked about supporting job growth in California, but of course I did not do a background check of his past over dinner. As these reports have surfaced, its clear that he holds views that I entirely reject; any suggestion otherwise is ridiculous. --Meg Whitman
I wouldn't expect her to, and you can't hold someone responsible for making a kind remark about someone they barely met.
My point is her focus on global warming. She isn't a bad person for taking Jones at his word, she is a bad Republican (and a bit of a dim bulb) if she falls for "climate change" as an issue.
She championed him before she was informed to dig into his past.
And she still went on a global climate change cruise.
She believes in human-caused global warming. Strike one.
She goes on a “global warming cruise” with a bunch of loonies. Strike two.
She’s so stupid that she doesn’t realize that the vast majority of people on a “global warming cruise” are going to be leftist loonies and can’t be trusted to be of good character. Strike three.
She’s not governor material.
” of course I did not do a background check of his past over dinner”
She is a liar, this video of her bringing up Van Jones and trying to promote him to this interviewer was made almost a year after the cruise.
